We created this digital exhibit to explore the history of food and learn how it has shaped the growth of Minnesota. Although growing, processing, and consuming food has changed greatly, it remains an integral and interconnected part of our society. After exploring this topic, we hope you are as amazed as we are by the richness and variety of food in Minnesota and its impact on our lives.
