"Art Helps Lighten the Depression," Requests for art material keep staff busy. "The Children's Book Exhibit," The annual exhibit attracted 2,280 adults and children," Page 6. "Largest Registration in Library's History," Registration of card holders reached 79,119. "Budget Comparisons-and Circulation," Library use continues to rise, budget continues to decline. "Civil Works Service," The first group of helpers from the Civil Works Administration began working in the Paul Public Library.
