She married Ramon Martinez in 1946. At the time of the interview she had three grandchildren, Ramona, Vicente and Georgie Ann. SUBJECTS DISCUSSED: Family history - education - visits to Mexico - founding of the Twin Cities chapters of the League of United Latin American Citizens - Mexican customs and holidays - and the meaning of being a real Mexicana.
