Rios, pastor of the Latin American Gospel Mission on St. Paul's West Side, was born in Texas in 1922 and moved to St. Paul in 1960 to serve as minister for a Pentecostal congregation. Subjects discussed include: Early life in Texas and Michigan - reasons for entering the Assembly of God ministry - establishment of the Latin American Gospel Mission - and the Spanish Speaking Pentecostal Congregation in St. Paul.
