Report shows structure of mutual benefit association, income, disbursements and membership. The report notes that it's present membership (2638) is the highest since 1917. The larger membership numbered called for more home visitors, the department increased its staff from one (in 1918) to three in 1921. There were 387 homes visited in 1918 and 943 homes visited in 1921.

The 1924 Dodge County Extension Services Annual Report narrative report includes many names. Projects described include: Soil (lime was ordered by boxcar), information regarding crop improvement and shows; associations including, Duroc Breeders, Shorthorn Breeders, Cow Testing, and Egg and Poultry Marketing. Talks about Sodatol (TNT). Boys and Girls 4-H Club working through rural schools; Farm Bureau picnic; Bread Baking Contest winner received a 48 lb. sack of flour and two cakes of yeast daily for two weeks. County Fair and Livestock Shows, and Women's Achievement Day. Two supplements contain crop yields, acres, farm calls, livestock and poultry numbers, demonstrations, exhibits, meetings, and members and attendance.

The report covers the purpose of the extension office and its relationship to the Dodge County Farm Bureau, the University of Minnesota and the United States Department of Agriculture. Biennial report of the State Game and Fish Commissioner made to Governor J. A. O. Preus. The back cover holds a fold out document of State Game Refuges consisting of a map of the state and descriptions of individual sites. The commissioner provides a summary of law enforcement, hunting and trapping, predatory animal and bird control, account of forestry, drainage and pollution, reports of game refuges and fish refuges. He also submits reports on the distribution of fish stocked throughout the state, condition of hatcheries, fish surveys, a financial report of the department, inventory of state property, and recommended projects for the future. Additional special reports include a commercial fishing summary by Albert C. Klancke of the Bureau of Commercial fishing, �Game Propagation� by Frank D. Blair and �Minnesota state fisheries at Redby� by S. A. Selvog. Finally, the Item provides a lengthy exclusive treatise by Thaddeus Surber: �The Root River drainage basin, southeastern Minnesota� which includes illustrations, diagrams, and a fold out map of the scientific investigations.

Annual report of financials and list of power plants owned by NSP. Due to the high cost of steam and gas coal, fuel charges absorbed about 21% of gross earnings. Development of a water power plant on the St. Croix River was underway. A ten year plan was announced.
