Program for the Grand Opening of the Rondo Commemorative Plaza, held on July 14, 2018. The program is split into two parts, the Opening Ceremony Program and the Community Celebration Program. The Opening Ceremony included music, a call to order, an opening prayer, welcome, remarks, letters of proclamation, benediction, ribbon cutting, and plaza tours. The Community Celebration included music, dancers, poetry, and book excerpts.

Highlights include: greetings from Chairperson of Rondo Days Board of Directors, schedule of events, advertisements, proclamation by Mayor Christopher B. Coleman, Rondolite oral histories and poetry, and articles about the past and present of the Rondo neighborhood.
Hilma Berglund printed this Christmas Card in black ink on red cardstock. A sheet of tinted vellum covers the angel imagery on the upper 2/3 of the card, causing the ink to appear green. Three angels and four pairs of wings are arranged in the form of a Christmas tree with a gold star applied at the top.

St. Louis County is the only Minnesota county that funds work for the blind, and Duluth is the only city with a local State office. This report chronicles the work done by the agency in 1930. That year, towel hemming was added as a new project for clients within the Home Department. Yards of toweling was cut by volunteers and hemmed by blind women in their homes. This agency operated under the State Department for the Blind, Children's Bureau, Board of Control and the St. Louis County Board of Commissioners. Its work was for the prevention of blindness and treatment of people with blindness. The reports give objectives, staff, and statistics. Its district included St. Louis, Carlton, Itasca, Cook, and Lake counties, and the Cass Lake Indian Agency District.
