Interview with former Minnesota Supreme Court Chief Justice Peter Popovich as part of the Minnesota Supreme Court Historical Society's oral history project. Popovich was appointed to the Minnesota Supreme Court in 1987 and was Chief Justice from 1989 to 1990.
