Exterior view of the third Bank organized in Jackson. Organized in 1903, it began business January 4, 1904 and was closed during the Great Depression in January, 1933. The building was located the west side of Second Street between Sherman and Grant streets.
The Lone Tree which was located northwest of the town of Lakefield. It was used by both Native Americans and settlers to navigate the prairie. The tree was burnt by unknown vandals on August 28, 1925.
Believed to be a reunion of the Minnesota National Guard Unit of 135 Infantry Division, Company E. Assigned during World War II with the 34th Infantry and served in Africa and Europe. One person is identified as Maurice Moses, Bronze Star winner (sixth from left in the front row).
Norwegian Church (Hauge) built in 1913. Remodeled in 1925. Later became the Our Savior's Lutheran Church. The 1913 church was replaced with a new building in 1978.

House located in Lakefield on 701 Douglas Street. Original builder was a Mr. A. N.. Douglass; who's daughter had tuberculosis and it was built to aid in the cure. Built in 1893 with maximum number of window for sunshine and fresh air, it contains 57 windows.
