This map is divided into 15 sections. Each section corresponds to a numbered map.On the inside back cover is an index that gives the population of Saint Paul for the year 1920. An explanation is provided that describes the geographic division of streets for the City of Saint Paul.

Adams traveled throughout Minnesota, taking photographs to augment his lectures. His studio was located at 3648 Lyndale Avenue South in Minneapolis.
