Spectators line the streets watching a parade celebrating Fargo, North Dakota's recovery from a devastating June 7, 1893 fire, Members of the Hoo Hoos, a fraternal group made up of individuals in the forest products industry, march down 4th Street dressed in white hoods and long black robes decorated with pictures of black cats on their chests. Behind them follows a horse-drawn pyramid shaped float and a marching band.
