Topics include climate, description of the land, railroad lines, soil, crops, population, natural resources, businesses, institutions, and well-known residents. Includes black and white photos throughout of individuals, buildings, and various local scenes. Many of the photos in the publication are by local photographer Frank A. Nelson.
