Black-and-white photograph of the inside of the Trout Brook sewer extension near Maryland Avenue. Trout Brook once ran from McCarrons Lake in Roseville to the Mississippi River. During the development of St. Paul, the brook was buried and rerouted into a storm sewer. The brook was later partially uncovered and turned into the Trout Brook Nature sanctuary.
