Postcard sent to Amelia Turner, 2127 Dudley Ave., St. Anthony Park, St. Paul, Minn., the front reads, "You may have gotten one of these before, I don't remember what kind I sent you. Have almost forgotten the event but these [sic.] card will keep it in close memory." The back reads, "Dear Cousin; I suppose you are coming home for thanksgiving are you not, to help us eat turkey. No you needn't. I can take care of it my self. How is the "Republican" getting along[?] He's quiet now seeing that we have a Gov. of in party. With a hunger for turkey, I am Willard".

This steamboat seems to have stopped at a dock at the Narrows. This was the scene before the bridge was built across the Narrows. The north side of this channel is in the town of Orono, and the south side is in Tonka Bay. Printed message gives description of Lake Minnetonka, postmarked and dated 1918.
This postcard shows a portion of the assembly hall in the rear of the Center building at the St. Peter State Hospital, including a large stage. This room has also been designated as the chapel or the auditorium on other images from the hospital collection. A note on the reverse side of the postcard refers to the Class of 1915 and states that 22 people were graduated, most likely nursing students.

Picnickers, dressed in their best, sit in rowboats on Oakleaf Lake. The lake was named in honor of H. J. Eckloff, a Swedish farmer, whose name when translated means "oakleaf".
Lumberjacks stand in the snow outside the buildings that made up their camp. On the back of this card is a note from one man to a woman named Belle in DeSota, Kansas telling her that he might be coming to see her next week.
This often created card shows a fisherman with a hypothetical catch of many fish, including Northern, Walleye and Bass. This card is labeled Lake Minnetonka, Minnesota, postmarked 1909.

Color postcard of the American Board Mission in Fenchow, Shansi, China by Holmes and Flinn Architects out of Chicago Illinois. Carleton College participated in a mission program hear from the early 1900s until the late 1948.
The Alfalfa Arch was constructed across Atlantic Avenue in honor of the Corn and Alfalfa Exposition held in Morris on December 10-12, 1913. The Expo was dedicated to the promotion of corn and alfalfa growing as well as the general virtues of diversified farming.
This postcard shows Albin Ruikka and John Ruikka in their Maxwell ragtop convertible. The Maxwell automobile company was formed in 1904 and ceased to exist in 1925. The back of the postcard has handwriting saying, "Albin Ruikka John Ruikka in old Maxwell."
A portion of the business district in Lafayette, Minnesota, is shown in this postcard view of the community that was taken after a severe fire destroyed several businesses in 1908. The people at the center of the bottom of the postcard were on the south side of Main Street.
