This is a letter dated August 26, 1917 sent to Roy DeWitt Wallace. The letter, on Saint Paul Association letterhead, invites, "Saint Paul's representatives in the new national army" to a Military Parade and Demonstration taking place Friday, August 31, 1917 in downtown Saint Paul.
An invitation from the Stewartville Alumni Association in June of 1924. The invitation asked the "Ladies" to bring a covered dish to suit their tastes, sandwiches, and silverware. The men were to bring nickels for ice cream and coffee.
"Your company is requested at a Cake Walk Party and Social Dance to be given at the Opera House, Fosston, Friday evening, Jan. 19th, 1900. Dancing at 9 o'clock sharp. Gentlemen's tickets, 50 cents. Herbert Mark, Richard Bakke, Robert Gwynne - Committee."
