The Como was one of the streetcar steamboats on Lake Minnetonka. Message says the writer took the Como from the hotel to the island, and that the fishing is so good in this lake that it is not unusual to catch 100 pounds of bass in three hours, postmarked and dated 1907.

The exterior of the Methodist Episcopal Church and parsonage in Glenville. The church was built 1878. Glenville was once known as s Shell Rock City. The lot was purchased from Olive Skinner and the deed was dated February 25, 1878. The worth of the building at that time was placed at $2500. Written on the back: "Birthplace of Helen Maude Morris Lee, (Mrs. Ralph T. Denison), Oct 19, 1901, Parents: Rev. Wm Chapell Lee and Helen Leonia Morris Lee."

A postcard showing the exterior of the United Brethren in Christ Church and parsonage. The church was built 1896 and dedicated in June 1897. It had been under construction for several years previous to the dedication. Most of the labor was donated and the lumber was cut off the farms of the members. Henry Bowers helped shingle the roof. These same shingles lasted until 1955 when Rev. Erdman almost fell off the roof during the reshingling.

This often created card shows a fisherman with a hypothetical catch of many fish, including Northern, Walleye and Bass. This card is labeled Lake Minnetonka, Minnesota, postmarked 1909.
This steamboat seems to have stopped at a dock at the Narrows. This was the scene before the bridge was built across the Narrows. The north side of this channel is in the town of Orono, and the south side is in Tonka Bay. Printed message gives description of Lake Minnetonka, postmarked and dated 1918.
Wooden boats are pulled ashore and picnic baskets appear in this generic beach scene, with a black and white inset photo labeled Steamer Excelsior, Minnetonka. The writer mentions the large number of advertisements in the paper for fine horses for sale. The Bureau of Engraving's logos is printed on back, color added, postmarked 1910.
Entrance to Big Island Park shows the path through the grove of trees. Message says this pleasure park is 18 miles out by trolley, and that the tower, peristyle, etc., are all concrete, dated and postmarked 1909.
