This postcard shows the new St. Peter high school that was located on the southwest corner of the intersection of Fifth and Nassau streets, facing Fifth street. It was built in 1907.
Staff are sitting on the steps in front of Mott Hall. Numbers are written on the front of the photo, and corresponding names written on the back of the photo read: "1. Dr. J(ames) L. Noyes, 2. The infirmary was previously in the North Wing of Mott Hall, but it was moved to an isolated location for health safety reasons. It provided separate wards for ordinary and contagious patients. It was razed in the summer of 1973.
