The letter was a template used to request that local libraries work with their local radio stations to broadcast radio scripts at the local level. The radio scripts were originally created by the Minnesota Library Association Radio Committee to be broadcast over a period of 12-13 weeks on station KSTP in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
