The Fillebrown House located at 4753 Lake Avenue, formerly 303 Lake Avenue. The property is on the National Register of Historic Places and is also known as the Red Chalet and the C. P. Noyes Cottage.

In 1983, to accommodate growth in student population and programs, the college moved to its current location in Bloomington, Minnesota. In 1999, Northwestern College of Chiropractic was renamed Northwestern Health Sciences University to reflect its addition of programs in other alternative medicine fields.
Eastman Hall, named for Alvah Eastman, resident director at St. Cloud State (1901-1908, 1926-1933), opened in 1930 as the campus gymnasium. It served until 1965 when Halenbeck Hall opened its doors.
