Mrs. Xavier and Mrs. Lunde were sisters; Rev. Xavier and Mrs. Hoimyr were siblings. Rev. Xavier was the first resident pastor of Ft. Ridgely and Dale Lutheran church, serving from 1876 to 1891. Nils Xavier was a Sami pastor.

Mr. Hoimyr was "klokker" in the church (assistant pastor) and taught Norwegian religious school. The Hoimyr's had one daughter, Palm, wife of George Olson of Franklin." Nils Xavier was a Sami pastor.
