Flag raising ceremony on August 17, 1912, dedicated St. Albans on LakeMinnetonka as the summer capital of Minnesota. A crowd of dozens gathered in front of the flag pole. Printed message from the St. Albans Company advertises charming environment, good service, rest and recreation, color added.
