Report has the report of the treasurer with all of the company's financial information. Also included is power generation statistics for the various geographical divisions managed by NSP. The Minneapolis Division was supplied by 4 hydroelectric power plants at St. Croix Falls, Coon Rapids, St. Anthony Falls and Wisota. They were supplemented by the Riverside steam station.

Annual Report of the Employees' Mutual Benefit Association of Minneapolis Street Railway Company, The Saint Paul City Railway Company, The Minneapolis and St. Paul Suburban Railroad Company, The Minnetonka and White Bear Navigation Company; also know as the Twin City Rapid Transit Company. Report shows structure of mutual benefit association, income, disbursements and membership. The report notes that it's present membership (2638) is the highest since 1917. The larger membership numbered called for more home visitors, the department increased its staff from one (in 1918) to three in 1921. There were 387 homes visited in 1918 and 943 homes visited in 1921.

"Mrs. Margaret A. Norton, 1912 Lyndale Avenue South, is pictured coloring slides in the Minneapolis Public Library Art Department. Making and coloring of slides is now part of the library WPA project. WPA workers have made 7,500 slides in recent years. In 1938, the lilbrary circulated 106,729 slides free."

Map of Henry Dean and Walter Badgers proposed addition to Minneapolis: south of Minnehaha Parkway and north of 53rd Street West between Dupont Avenue South and Lyndale Avenue South. This addition replaced Butler's Brookside Addition. Walter Badger was the trustee for the deceased Eunice L. Butler.
