Dickinson acquired the Alexandria Hotel at Geneva Beach from Mr. Letson, an early resort builder, and changed the name to the Geneva Beach Hotel. The hotel burned down on September 2, 1911.

Inez Torell (May 12, 1906 - September 26, 1969) compiled this photograph album that chronicles her life from childhood to adulthood. It includes Inez's family, friends, various hospitals she stayed in, hospital staff and patients. Many of the photographs include handwritten names, locations, dates, and comments.

This volume contains cash report of spending by the Concordia Society of the Swedish Hospital from 1915-1924. The Concordia Society was a benevolent women's society organized October 17, 1901, at the Swedish Hospital of Minneapolis. The Concordia Society was primarily dedicated to providing free beds and other services to persons in need of medical care. The Swedish Hospital was run by and for Swedish immigrants.
Sister Antonia McHugh had experience at three educational levels: elementary, secondary, and college. She was among the first faculty appointed to Derham Hall / College of St. Catherine in 1905. From 1914-1917 she served as the first dean of the college; from 1917-1937 she served as the first president of the college. Her work brought national and international recognition of the scholastic curriculum and faculty at the college.
A compilation of original home designs showing actual photogrpahs of exteriors and accurate floor plans of moderately priced residences, cottages, bungalows, garages, and farm buildings.
