Also includes the patients' report stating the number of patients admitted, patients' religious denominations, nationalities, residences, and occupations. The names of contributors to Asbury Hospital are also listed. Includes patient admission instructions. The report also includes a section for the Nurses' Training School listing enrollment statistics, faculty, text books, and the graduates from 1894-1919.

Report has the report of the treasurer with all of the company's financial information. Also included is power generation statistics for the various geographical divisions managed by NSP. The Minneapolis Division was supplied by 4 hydroelectric power plants at St. Croix Falls, Coon Rapids, St. Anthony Falls and Wisota. They were supplemented by the Riverside steam station.

Annual report of financials and list of power plants owned by NSP. The cost of coal in 1920 absorbed 24.07% of gross earnings. To offset this postwar inflation, NSP raised gas and electric rates. Preliminary work began on an additional 25,000 kilowatt steam turbine at Riverside steam plant.

Annual Report of the Employees' Mutual Benefit Association of Minneapolis Street Railway Company, The Saint Paul City Railway Company, The Minneapolis and St. Paul Suburban Railroad Company, The Minnetonka and White Bear Navigation Company; also know as the Twin City Rapid Transit Company. Report shows structure of mutual benefit association, income, disbursements and membership. The report notes that it's present membership (2638) is the highest since 1917. The larger membership numbered called for more home visitors, the department increased its staff from one (in 1918) to three in 1921. There were 387 homes visited in 1918 and 943 homes visited in 1921.
