The Connolly Shoe Building was built 1905 at 123 Second Street South in Stillwater, Minnesota. In 1905 Mr. Thomas F. Connolly, manager of the Stillwater Territorial Prison shoe shop was recruited to run new enterprise, a shoe factory, to provide last work for the residents of Stillwater.

Country Classics, Anna Lou's, Tailor Maid, and Trimble & Associates. This is a four bay two story red brick structure with hood moldings of metal around the second story windows.
Residents of Crystal, Minnesota were served by a branch of the Hennepin County Library that operated out of a variety of locations, until a number of nearby branches were consolidated into the Rockford Road Library, which opened in 1972.

The inscription on the plaque from the dedication of the St. Cloud Public Library's Carnegie building reads, "This tablet is inscribed to Andrew Carnegie through whose generosity this building has been erected upon a site donated by the Ladies Reading Room Society, 1902."
