Frank Karn transferred from employment from Saint Benedict's Convent to St. Cloud Hospital when it opened in 1928 and stayed on for 45 years. He was a registered engineer.

The names of many of the employees have been written on the reverse side of the photo. Dr. Freeman is at left in the front row. Dr. Grimes is at left in the second row, behind Dr. Freeman.
