The maps were created in January 1912, when Theodore Wirth was Superintendent of Parks, and are indexed on page 103A of the Twenty-Ninth Annual Report of the Minneapolis Board of Park Comissioners. This particular copy was mailed on October 10, 1921 according to the postmark on the envelope.
