There are 15 black and white aerial photographs of the City of Saint Paul. On the inside front cover of the atlas there is a street map of the City of Saint Paul. This map is divided into 15 sections. Each section corresponds to a numbered map.On the inside back cover is an index that gives the population of Saint Paul for the year 1920. An explanation is provided that describes the geographic division of streets for the City of Saint Paul.

Each map is composed of two pages; each page is 69.215cm (vertical) x 50.8cm (horizontal). The contents page shows a Revision Chart written in pencil. Changes are noted by item number, date of revision and signature of the individual who entered the revision. Revisions to the maps are in the forms of pieces of paper cut to the proper outline of the buildings and pasted onto the map for the designated location. There is a Key Chart to the signs used in Rascher's Maps. Various colors identify types of structures. Other signs and symbols are provided that indicate insurance related information. There is an additional index page dated May 1895. This volume also provides detailed maps of the Minnesota Packing & Provision Co, and the St. Paul Union Stock Yards Co. both located in South Saint Paul. These are found on pages 387 and 388.

Map of Henry Dean and Walter Badgers proposed addition to Minneapolis: south of Minnehaha Parkway and north of 53rd Street West between Dupont Avenue South and Lyndale Avenue South. This addition replaced Butler's Brookside Addition. Walter Badger was the trustee for the deceased Eunice L. Butler.

This map of Duluth and the surrounding area as of 1865 was drawn by R.E. Carey based on old records and memoirs. The accompanying booklet, also by Carey, describes historical sites in Duluth, which are number coded on the map. Sites include early houses, a sawmill, a schoolhouse, an early brewery, the Vermilion Trail, and a stone quarry.
This 1921 street map of the Duluth, Minnesota, and Superior, Wisconsin, area includes streetcar lines, railroads, parks, schools, farms, cemeteries, docks, grain elevators, the Duluth-Superior Ferry Line, the Duluth Boat Club, and other details. There is a separate index for both Duluth and Superior.
