Evaluation of Loss in Value of Nelson Property Due to Imposition of Cooperative Power Association/United Power Association 800 kilovolt Transmission Line and Easement for property located at west half Section 15, east half, northeast quarter Section 16 and the east half, southeast quarter Section 9 all in 128-43. The report, created by James Nelson, includes evaluation of the effect of the high voltage power line on the property, photo copies of newspaper clippings and photos.
A farm building at the Walter and Rose Kennelly farm. This farm later belonged to Joe Kennelly. Located on Highway 13 in Burnsville, it stood 1905 - 1994.
Harold Nelson, Member of the Minnesota Dahlia Society and superintendent of the flower division at the Minnesota State Fair admiring his dahlia display. He has been cultivating dahlias since 1931 and maintains that growing them is habit forming.
Built in 1880 the Savage Minnesota Railroad Depot closed in 1970. During 1973 the Depot, without the outhouse, was purchased and moved to Murphy's Landing in Shakopee Minnesota. In 2005 the City of Savage, Minnesota repurchased the building and returned it to Savage's Town Square, across the road from its original location. Del Stelling worked as a newspaper reporter and photographer, covering Savage, Burnsville, Eagan and other areas of Dakota County, Minnesota from 1959 - 1984.

Hunter's Park; Hartley Field; lettuce crop; Duluth property of Canadian born Gilford Graham Hartley (1853-1922); agriculture was only one of many Hartley interests; the Allendale Farm at Woodland in Duluth began in 1890 with 80 acres and in twenty years was about 800 acres; this 80 acre piece was cleared and drained to raise head lettuce, spinach and celery; in 1911 Hartley reaped more than $9,000 profit from four acres of lettuce; Hartley Road was developed in 1913 linking the land to Woodland Avenue and Arrowhead Road; the land pictured is part of the hundreds of acres comprising Hartley Field or Hartley Park where a nature center was constructed in 2002; the Hartley Park was conceived in 1941
