An architectural rendering of the First Methodist Episcopal Church in St. Paul, located at Portland Ave. and Victoria St. The cornerstone was laid October 15, 1907. Built in the Classic Greek Style the dedication booklet says, "Facing Holly Avenue in a situation ideal to show its classic and simple architecture, the massive columns of the portico give character and attract attention." The booklet goes on to say, "The main auditorium has eight hundred and fifty sittings." It housed an organ built by the Austin Organ Company of Hartford, Connecticut costing $7600.

Muster rolls for the 1st Minnesota Field Artillery Regiment Medical Corps along with rolls for Medical and Sanitary Detachments. Contains a muster roll of a detachment of men who were stationed at Fort Riley, Kansas.

A narrative account of the daily management and functioning of the organization, a St. Paul orphanage established shortly after the end of the Civil War. The handwritten account records the monthly board meetings, notes the number of children resident each month, lists donations received, and documents the daily issues and concerns of running of the orphanage. Volume V covers 1905 to 1915. Two additional minutes books reside in the collection of the Minnesota Historical Society.

Volume 3, number 1 of the Minnesota Library Association (MLA) Peddler was published in March 1941. Editor-in-chief of this issue was Neil S. Boardman. This issue contains the official MLA directory, a message from the MLA president, announcement of a prison library directory, information about a library personnel survey, travel notes, MLA Annual meeting announcement, junior members section annual dues change, Minnesota library staff changes and library updates, library poetry, a book review of Library on the Air (an anthology of library radio programs), and a crossword puzzle. The M.L.A Peddler was created and conceived by the Junior members of the Minnesota Library Association. The first issue states "...[The] Peddler will bring you bits of personal gossip, news about library enterprises, [and] matters of friendly interest."
